If your new headlamp or performance accessory doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original product packaging and include all manuals or accessories to ensure your return is eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
